Very often parents either overlook or overpack diaper bags, and you really want to find that happy medium to have everything you need and nothing you don’t.
Below is the list of all items that you will need to have in your diaper bag to be prepared for anything your little once throws at you ๐.

3. Towel
Towel is very important to pat dry the wet baby bottom so they feel warmer and more comfortable.
4. Diaper Cream
Diaper cream is a must when you are out in about, especially when you have number 2 surprise. I always give my little one a little bit of diaper cream after number 2 because the situation can become very red, very quick and it will be very uncomfortable and painful for the baby.
5. Hand Towel
I always keep a small extra hand towel in case I need to wash baby’s hands, you don’t want to wipe their hands with the same towel that you wipe their bottom.
6. Hand and Face Cream
Hand and face cream is always good to have especially during the cold season, babies get dry skin too and it’s always best to protect it when you head outside.
7. Extra Outfit
I always keep extra outfit when we leave the house, or sometimes two if we are going to the party or traveling further than to a park. I can’t tell how many times it saved us from going home because of blowout in the carseat ๐ always be prepared.
Compartmentalize…
When packing a diaper bag I always compartmentalize all of the items, the small items like diapers and creams and surely go into compartments in the bag, but the bigger things like towels, and clothing, are best to put into the smaller bags, tat way it’ll be easier to find what you need.
