
This salad is a must in our family during any holiday. Crab flakes elevate the regular potato salad and make it the tastiest potato salad you ever had.
Ingredients that you need:
- 24 oz of crab flakes or sticks
- 6 eggs – cooked and chopped
- 4-5 small potatoes (about 4 cups chopped) – cooked
- 1 (15.25oz) can of corn
- ½ cup of chopped green onions – yellow onions can be used instead
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- ½ tsp of salt – can be added to taste
- ¼ tsp of ground pepper – can be added to taste

Instructions:
- Boil potatoes until fork tender. Peel when they are completely cooled.
- Cook eggs and peel them when they are completely cooled.
- Chop potatoes, crab flakes, eggs and green onions.
- Combine all the ingredients and serve.


Crab and Potato Salad
