Crab and Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 24 oz crab flakes or sticks
  • 6 eggs
  • 4-5 small potatoes 4 cups chopped
  • 1 can corn 12.25 oz
  • ½ cup green onions chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp ground pepper

Instructions

  • Boil potatoes until fork tender. Peel when completely cooled.
  • Cook eggs and peel them when completely cooled.
  • Chop potatoes, crab flakes, eggs and green onions.
  • Combine all the ingredients, mix, and serve.
