fresh cranberries

Instructions
Add orange juice, water, sugar and a pinch of salt in a large saucepan. Heat over medium heat until sugar is dissolved, stirring frequently.
Then add cranberries, cinnamon sticks and orange peels.
Bring to a simmer over medium heat and continue cooking for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes or when all of the cranberries have popped, take it off the heat and let it cool completely.
Sauce can be made up to 2 days in advance and stored in the refrigerator until ready to use.
